Regarding General Terms and Conditions This website is owned and operated by Woni’s Wear Brand, which sells products such as clothing, bags (tote bags), stickers and other accessories directly to consumers in Indonesia and various other countries. 2. Products and Services a) Product information is presented clearly and accurately according to actual conditions. b) We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue products without prior notice if necessary. c) The products displayed may have slight differences in color/appearance due to lighting and device display differences. 3. Price, Purchase and Payment a) The product prices listed on the website in the product section are shown in two currencies, IDR for Indonesian Rupiah and USD for international, and may change at any time to follow exchange rate fluctuations. b) For buyers in Indonesia, we accept payment via bank transfer, e-wallet, or other methods that will be listed on the checkout page before the buyer makes a purchase. c) For international buyers, we accept payment via PayPal or other international payment methods (if available). Payment must be made in full before the order can be processed. 4. Shipping of Goods a. Domestic (Indonesia) i. Product delivery will be carried out via available local courier services such as JNE, J&T, Sicepat, Go-send, Grab-send, etc. depending on availability and delivery distance. ii. The estimated delivery time is 2–7 working days depending on the condition, location and distance from the sender's location to the orderer's location. b. International i. We will ship to various countries using international shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or others. ii. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 working days depending on the destination country. iii. Additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes (if any) according to the applicable regulations in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and not the seller's, as these matters are beyond our control. 5. Return and Exchange Policy a) Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or mis-shipped. b) Claims must be made within a maximum of 3 days after the item is received, with photo/video evidence. c) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the error is on our part, in which case we will cover it. 6.
